I am always friends with girls. They are easier for me to approach, they seem less threatening I guess. I need guy friends, though.

I'll be your friend I'll inbox toy if that's ok.

I feel this pretty strongly. I think it just has to do with how men our age seem insecure. They're still figuring themselves out, or they want a 'bro' to do manly things with and I'm just over here like 'Can't I thrown on some soft jazz, light a candle, and talk about how sad I am please?' It's easier, because in some sense we've got less to prove to women. That said, we probably don't have a lot to prove to each other, either. You can message me if you want!

Your new totally unthreatening guy bro dude,

I have the exact opposite problem.

As long as I'm here, let's chat about that? You mean you have trouble getting along with women? I'm not a woman, but the female dynamic doesn't seem all that different than the male one in theory. The work comes when you try to tease out the general difference in practical approach. As much as we like to romanticize our gender, people are people. We all want to be loved and accepted. The key is to find out how to navigate the social landscape.
