Something True

i just want to be loved in the right way. it's so hard to find someone these days who knows exactly what to do when it comes to love. knows the right things to say and do. without me telling them what i want.

haha.... so true :D:D:D:

we are also in vegas and vegas is a sucky place to look for love haha

Thats the way I think clymb. When you take time to know someone, you know their ex<x>pressions, you see what they do. <br />
Thats why dating is important. Getting to know each other. Thats why honesty and being yourself is important. They know, and we know. If it grows, then, you start getting to know each other on a deeper level. And if true love is there, then, it shouldnt have to be told, you just automatically know. Can tell by a mood.

Not everyone is so good at interpreting moods and body language. I have a science background I don't rely on what I see or intuitively feel without corroborating evidence. I suck at reading moods. My husband has sales and marketing training which largely relies on body language and non verbal queues and he's very good at it. Still, he has a hard time reading me. I have blunted affect. If he doesn't ask he doesn't know. He cares so he asks.

Just curious, what's wrong with telling them what you want? Do you feel that somehow makes it less authentic? Less romantic? That if they really love you they should intuitively know what you want?<br />

Hmmm....
