My dream is to become a football (soccer) player, think it and train every day but it makes me sad that i am not consistent at it and don't live in a ideal place to become a soccer player

i suggested visualisation because of the Law of attraction, but otherwise try affirmations - there IS science behind them!

Hiya, I think it's great you have a dream! Best thing is to write it down and then make it a main focus.If you are not training one day, visualise instead. Each day, ask yourself "what can i do today to get me closer to my goal?"
