<p>gnocci with porcini mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, a touch of sherry and a splash of truffle oil garnished with fresh chopped parsley and grated asiago.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Spinach Tortellini with alfredo sauce....especially if it's from The Old Spaghetti Factory......Yummy!!</p>

<p>mmm i love all types of pasta...prolly my favorite tho would have to be chicken parmesean especially from olive garden...yum :)</p>

<p>I make a mean fetticini alfredo. It a sauce similar to olive gardens and rather than using chicken i go with crab meat and shrimp. Goood stuff</p>

<p>I can't pick a favorite - I love all pasta.&nbsp;Red sauce, white sauce, butter, oil, whatever on any kind of pasta. I could eat pasta every single day!</p>

<p>I have a mad drive for MY spaghetti.&nbsp; Nobody else can make it as tasty and chunky and delicious as I can.&nbsp; I go beyond the ordinary when I add my ingredients and I am always asked what I use and I do not share!!!!</p>

<p>Any type will do! My favorite type of pasta is that which is made by my fiance, the king of pasta. Seriously, he eats so much of it that yesterday I&nbsp;told him he's going to wake up one morning with hair made of linguini. So it's funny that it's the question today. Pasta is so good, it goes with everything and can be made into fun shapes. But if I must choose, I think cheese tortellini is it for me. With either sauce, white or red. Or butter and garlic.... or whatever. It's all yummy.</p>

<p>pasta available.This prompts me to ask if this question is provocative,and what is the criteria that is used</p><br />

<p>I love all types of pasta, but I am quite fond of Bowtie pasta. It can be used in so many different dishes. Anything from white and red sauces to salads. It's wonderfully versatile.</p>

<p>Hmmmmmm....Let me think on that one.....hmmmmm....I think that the one that I will make tonight will be great......Crawfish....shrimp....andoui sausage......in a great gumbo sauce.....served over anything that you want....fettucini....rice....bread...you name it....But it is going to be great......What a good thing to do with great leftovers..........anyone got one of those troff bibs.....am starting to get my shirt all wet.....hehehehehehe</p>
