Light sleeper.

light..if i can sleep

It depends, i often dose in and out of sleep all the time so i'm [retty much okay in that regard. I have to get up at aroung 5:30 every morning so i never get that much sleep at night. I have woken up when people sneak into my bedroom, or are sneaking in through the egress window.

Heavy, i could sleep through a tornado.

Sometimes I don't sleep for days, then sometimes I sleep very lite, than other times I sleep hard,,,love and light mary

I am a fairly light sleeper. I hate it...I love to sleep

The worst is when I'm just about to doze off when my cat jumps on the bed and makes her curious sounds. Then I have to start all over again...she's a punk !

It's hard for me to fall asleep sometimes but once I do I'm gone ;)

would that be with the tylenol pm or without. it makes all the difference in the world!!!!

whatever SaxophoneJazz05 said, its the same with me too...

Lightly for about 2 1/2 hours at most during night generally. Then intermittently about 10 or 15 minutes to half an hour at most for the rest of the night.

Not very often during the day but when I do very heavy and difficult to wake me up sometimes.

depends on how tired and i am and how anxious i was the previous day. i hate that feeling.

I can sleep soundly with all kinds of noise, but if the phone rings or lightly raps at my door, I'm awake.

When I am at home alone...I sleep real well....But most of thetime I sleep light.....Too much yapping from my mother in law.....

I am a light sleeper when I sleep, which is hardly ever...

I sleep deeply and usually have wonderfully vivid dreams. Sometimes I have lucid dreams, where I am dreaming that I know I'm dreaming! Usually that happens when I don't like what is happening in my dream, it's too intense or unpleasant so I will change what is happening to something more pleasant.

it depends. if i hear something not loud i wake up but if something loud goes of i sleep through it all. it might be because im wierd that way. hehe.

I'm a light sleeper. I can only sleep next to a few people... ie my cousins, mom, and of course my fiance It sucks when I need the sleep and I can't get it because a dog is barking or someone is tossing and turning. Blah! The good thing is even if I'm in pain that doesn't keep me up.

i'm quite a light sleeper. anything can wake me up most the time. Depends on how tired i am really.

but i do struggle to get up in the mornin.. big time. no matter what.

I love sleep!

I don't know, I'm never awake long enough to find out.

have trouble getting to sleep then have trouble wakening up go right into a really deep sleep. i waken some mornings and ask hubby why he is still there has he slept in to find he has been gone for hours and the dog is cosying in to my back so just go back to sleep

HA... I just wish I was a sleeper.... with all my classes and work... I don't sleep... :(

Very heavey sleeper.

I am a very light sleeper. We live in an upstairs apartment. If the lady downstairs cooks , I wake right away. She is a very good cook. The smell drives me wild. Maybe I should ask her to teach me to cook better! Also my husband works nights so it is just me and my dog.

I am a real chicken don't you think! Every sound has me looking out the window. Well ther is a lot of things going on all night!

What is the definition of "SLEEP"?

heavy sleeper, I always thought of myself as a cat lol

I'm a light sleeper, and it shows because I normally sleep miserably. I wake up several times during the night and have a terrible time going back to sleep. And so, I end up sleeping in 'til late, which gives me a headache and puts me in a generally bad mood.

I don't like the idea of taking pills, but if this keeps up, I might just look into it.

A light sleeper, can be up and out very fast. I don't need many hours of sleep and wake up ofter during the night!

Sleep is for the weak.

Extreamly light sleeper. I sound dead to the world but anymovement or sound and I am awake. I do not really like sleep sometimes it scares me to go to sleep so I try to stay awake as long as possible. I have tried sleeping pills but they make me hyper and can not sleep for several days.

It really depends. I'm half and half. In the morning I'm a heavy sleeper. But during the night I'm a really light sleeper. It... really depends. I can't be classifyed as either, I would be right in the middle. I'm half and half.

Oh, I am a heavy sleeper for sure. I sleep with six separate alarms. I set four on my phone and two others on my clock. It's ridiculous. My parents would get so mad because someone literally has to shake me to wake up. My junior year of college I slept through five minutes of a screeching fire alarm and got in trouble because the room assistants thought I didn't want to go outside!

I'm a combat vet with PTSD heavy sleeping is not on my agenda. I'll wake up if someone bl<x>inks more than once.

You could set off a bomb and and i'd still be sleeping }

Heavy sleeper

I adore sleeping late, and when i sleep i dont wanna wake up lol. I mean i get up but during the week , its like...

PLEASE no! tell me is not true, that i must get out of my delicious bed...

My grandmother after lunch, she is like a bear. No metter what u do. only after couple hours, u will have the answer for whatever ppl wants

Depends on my state of mind!

all depends on how many pills i take

It depends on what kind of a day I've had. Sex knocks me out! Work will keep me awake. But sleeping is one of my favorite things to do. I love a good nap on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Life doesn't get any better than that!

I sleep so heavily that the phone can ring and I won't hear it. Once a police helicopter came in the middle of the night and searched our neighborhood for some sort of escaped convict, and I had to be told about it the next day. Of course when my kids were babies I barely slept at all and was quite grumpy most of the time...

Oh! I'm such a very light sleeper ;)

For me time is precious, so I'd love to spend it for something even more important;

Of course coming to Ep is one of them Lol !

It depends if I have taken my happy pills or not. Usually I am a light sleeper but if I have not had a good night sleep the night before I just might sleep through anything.

Depends who I'm sleeping with. Haha. Usually a light sleeper.

In the middle

light!

Light sleeper, In my line of work you have to be ready at a moments notice. I usually only have an hours notice to get to work when on call.

I used to be a very heavy sleeper. Now if I want to sleep 8 full hours, I have to get some 'artificial help'!

Light. BEYOND what's considered as "normal". A feather could fall on the carpet and I'd wake up. It probably comes from years of being in the military and having to always be ready and NEVER late!!!

Sleep? What's that?

I am now a light sleeper, thanks to having to wake up with babies all hours of the nights.
