I'm just a little overweight.  They say it don't show but I do see it and feel it.  It started when I was sedentary for so long after breaking my foot.  People in my family seem to balloon up at my age and tend to get diabetes.  SO I am working out regularly, eating less junk, and planning on sticking to it.

Years have gone by since I posted this, and I've been so busy trying to improve other urgent areas of my life that I haven't been able to keep up with exercise... also, the physical pain I've had has really increased in the past few years, making exercise difficult. I'll probably post about that later.<br />

Anyhoo, I'm on track now, tracking my diet regularly and exercising multiple times per week. I hope things get less chaotic, and I can keep it up!

Great goal, nicolaluna! This is a healthy approach to losing weight. I wish you good luck, and I'm sure you'll succeed.
