Hi,<br />
<br />
I am 35 and trying to get pregnant for the first time. I wanted a child when I was 18 too but I am so glad I didn't actually try. I have been able to do so many things that a child would have kept me from doing. I am one of those people that believe a child should be the center of your universe when you have them. Everything you do needs to be geared toward protecting, nurturing, and giving them the best life possible. I could not have done that at 18. I went on to college and focused on my career all the while doing things that would have been more difficult if I had a child at home(traveling overseas, staying out as late as I want, buying toys that I wanted to play with - not children's toys for the back yard.) I am sure you have heard the term being "tied down". When you have a child you have a tie that cannot be undone - if you want to be a good mother anyway.....
