On My Way

so the 1st week of me getting towards my goal has passed and im feeling great. i havent really weighed mysefp however i can see it and feel it. i know im going to get there:-) itl be worth it in the end and i cant wait. however i am so worried as my personal trainer is getting me onto a very yummy protein shake 3x week after weights and i gota eat carbs 3x week with it and its very confusing and im petrified that its gunna slow down my weight loss progress and possibley do the oppositeL:-( however i trust him so well see how i go:-)
