I Want to Be My Ideal Weight Again!!!

I want to be 100 lbs again.  That is my starting Ideal weight.  That means that I have to lose about 35 lbs to get there. I've just started working out again, which is good.  I take diet pills, stacker 3 and Alli, which is okay.  I see a dietitian who says I could lose a little and still be okay.  Not sure if she is thrilled with the 100 lbs deal, but she will have to deal with it.  So will my therapist, and my psychiatrist who doesn't really seem to give a **** about anything anyway.  100lbs here I come!!!!!!!!!!

my best way to judge if you are at the right weight is a simple trick I follow...<br />

stand nude in front of a full mirror and without bending your back but just lowering your chin look between your boobs and if you see your burning bush then you are within the required weight...if you clean shave place a band aid where your pee hole begins.<br />

to get down your weight try this...<br />

here are a few **** that you should know.<br />
<br />
1. Avoid all items that are full of SODIUM (5% or less on the label)which when it reaches your stomach build up acids that increase the craving to eat more and build bad acids in your large intestine.<br />

2. the best items to eat are the made to order meals....where you pick the items that are prepared for you right away.<br />
<br />
3. when the chef prepares it, tell him/her....NO SALT...add when you start eating.<br />
<br />
4. eat more fish/chicken/veggie and FRUITS....<br />
<br />
5. drink warm tea after each round<br />
<br />
6. MOST IMPORTANT TELL yourself...the size of your heart is equal to the size of your PALM....so will a small engine in a big car move...yes for a short while but soon it will explode...so I hope you get my approach
