I Will Not Give Up!!

When I say Happy, Joyous and Free I'm talking about being sober and also being happy at the same time.  Accomplishing my goals which are completing college and having a Master's Degree some day.  Having a healthy relationship with my Fiance and actually getting married.  Going to bed at night and feeling good about myself knowing I was productive that day and that I did at least one thing to bring me closer to my goals.  Having a close relationship with my ten year old because she lives with her dad and it seems like we are not as close anymore.  Coming to terms with my mother's death three months ago.  Basically not missing her so much.  Being a good mom and showing my daughters a good path not just telling them.  There is so much more but I'm going to save some things for my next entry.  Bye for now.

I'm glad you're not giving up. I think your goals are realistic and attainable. Just saying these things about your hopes and dreams says a lot about your character. I look forward to your next posting. And condolences on your mother's passing. My experience is that talking about it helps, and I hope you find what works best for you to keep moving forward
