It's Hard.

I always say I'm gonna start eating healthier but I never actually do. Today I had 2 meals from McDonalds. It's rediculous that I can't get myself to eat healthy.

I exercise all the time bc I play 3 sports a year plus club volleyball in the winter and spring but I'm still chunky.

Any tips?

Go to the grocery store? Don't go to McDonald's? You already know the answer. The fat, sugar, and sodium in McDonald's food becomes addictive if you eat it often, (twice a day!) your body will crave it even more. Stop eating it for 30 days after the first 30 days its easy.
