Tomorrow is the first day of November. November is World Vegan Month and tomorrow is World Vegan Day!!

I think this is a great oppurtunity for folks not currently on a plant-based diet, to do something good for their bodies and for the rest of the world eat VEGAN foods for the month of November!!

Since I am already Vegan, I have had to search for creative ways to get even HEALTHIER and I have been doing a lot of research on Raw Food. The raw food diet is 100% Vegan, but it is also uncooked fruits and vegetables, instead of cooked or porcessed fruits veggies and grains.

I was concerned about how to eat... What to eat.... But it turns out I have a cousin who has changed his entire life by going raw food vegan. He says just eat what you want and stop when you're hungry.

I am going to do it.

THIS IS MY BIRTHDAY MONTH! And I am going to go RAW FOOD on my Vegan lifestyle till my birthday on the 20th. 20 day RAW FOOD CHALLENGE!!!!!
