I'm wanting to eat healthier and get outside more. I'm not sure where to start. I've already cut pop out of my diet. I drink water or tea. I don't eat a lot of sweets. What's hard is eating proper portions. I feel like my concentration levels have gone down with my energy also. I just don't know how to get the motivation. Also healthy food costs a lot now. Anyone have any ideas?
