I Want to Be On the Ellen Degeneres Show
Hey EP People--
I cannot believe what a freak I am. Am I really the only one that has something to say about wanting to be on the Ellen Degeneres show?? Too funny!! Come on and chime in!
Well, I have been away a long time....Since I last wrote the most amazing things have happened. Being on the Ellen show will be the cherry on top.
The local NBC news did a Healthcast on our company story (Emily Skin Soothers--a company inspired by skin remedies which I created for my daughter's eczema) in Sept. That had a profound effect and put us into some serious back orders. The reporter mentioned in passing that as it was an NBC station, the segment might be picked up by other NBC affiliates around the country. Well, in the next 1-2 weeks, our story played all over the country. It was overwhelming. We had a 3 week back order.
In Sept. we had 10-15 stores in 5 states carrying our product. We now have 60+ stores in 20 states and Whole Foods in the Northeast picked up the products.
We have gotten testimonials from people all over the country using our products to soothe skin conditions as varied as eczema, psoriasis, chapped hands, diaper rash, mystery rashes. It has been so gratifying and amazing. I still look back in amazement. All of this happened just because I needed to create a remedy for my daughter. I look forward in amazement too, as we move forward and get ready to launch more products and expand to more states.......and soon.....sometime, to be on the Ellen Degeneres show
