When I Grow Up...

I knew from when I could grasp the concept to having a job and career that I didn't really want to aim for what other kids my age wanted, to become a doctor, teacher, lawyer, etc. Instead as I grew I realized that normality is not something that I try to keep up. I have always been fascinated by body piercings and tattoos, that is art to me and something I choose to express with my own body. So about a year ago I figured out what career really suits me and my personality. The trouble is that I am currently on a four year waiting list to become an apprentice! Ugh, but surely enough I am most willing to wait it out. Becoming a professional body piercer is on of the largest goals I have, but I am determined that I will get there on day.

Best of luck to you! Its been a couple years since you posted this, maybe you've had some luck else where :]

A four year waiting list? Sounds like BS to me. I'm curious to know who the teacher is, and where they are.
And the problem with being a pro, or just a part time piercer is finding a city with enough people to support you financially. The same is true for tattooing.
Almost everyone knows someone that pierces or tattoos in their town and the field is getting overcrowded.
But good luck!
