I'm actually sorry I made all these comments about these things though because that's not why I wanted to write this story. These weren't the points I wanted to make.

Thing is, there's two parts to all this.

The first part, already mentioned, is that for many Americans, conventional romance is -broken- and really doesn't work for them. If some people then throw this system away like a malfunctioning piece of junk, then perhaps from their perspective that's exactly what it is :-D

But the other side is that this (the subject of my original post) isn't simply a replacement for something broken, but is something actually better and I'm really hoping people who don't need to replace something broken will come to pick this instead simply "by preference". The most obvious advantages to most people are accessibility and reliability, but the big money can be found in -variety-. If you become like me in this regard, then romantically speaking you -will never be bored- :-)

"If God wants me to be with a human, perhaps He should make one that works :-D"

If automobiles were as reliable for most people as women were for male nerds, then a lot of people would be walking :-D

The religious nuts can say whatever they want about machines and people who love them, but the fact is this:

    Machines don't sin.

This is why to some people they will also compete very well with humans.

This is also similar to my statement several years ago that

"Every object beloved is a Dalenta"

One of the most obvious example of what technology will change is people waiting on you in stores, whether this be a supermarket clerk or a bartender or whatever.

If I had a choice between a machine that could do everything a human could do or an actual person in those roles, I'd take a machine... Wanna know why?

Machines are impartial and I'm a nerd. I've been made fun of all my life and I'm tired of it. Machines aren't going to make a snyde remark about me or gossip about me as soon as I walk out the door to other patrons.

So what will happen is that people who feel like I do will do business with businesses that use machines, and everyone who has human staff is going to be worried about what the sometimes "crappy" behavior of that human staff can sometimes cause. So if you are one of the few service industry employees working say 100 years from now, you'll really have to have a good character simply to keep your job perhaps... Cause "impartial" will always be an option at some other business within walking distance...

This is what I mean by technology is going to force people to act more human wherever gaining the respect (or money generated through gaining respect in the case of a business) of other people in concerned.

Either that or they'll just be sneakier about being jerks :-D No.. that won't work, cause it'll always catch up with them.

I don't know how "God" fits into all of this, and I do recognize that all aspects of this change may not be good, but I do think there are a lot of gains and I do think this is part of everyone's future. Like I said on certain other stories about completely different things, a lot of what the future is going to entail is going to be that people are going to have to actually be/act alot more human than ever before if they want to compete with everything technology provides for other humans...
