    buy spiral notebook and pen
    Write down ten goals
    then write down ten steps to get from when you are to the goal
    work from where you are forwards or where you want to be back
    be ridiculous

    I found a spiral notebook at Walmart the other day for 17 cents!

    Make a goal and then set a date with a time.

    None of that 'soon' stuff. Tuesday Aug 23rd at 10:30 am I have ....
