I Need Some Help. . ,

So pretty much I need to start eating better and exercising more regularily. I am not fat  by anymeans, I am exactly how much I should be but I just want to convert the fat I have to muscle. Anyone have any ideas on how I can do that. I live on a college campus, so any tips would be useful.

A simple way without any effort would be to wear wrist and ankle weights every day. you'd never notice them and you can add more weight over time. It would help but to build lots of muscle you'd need more. Hope that helps.
