Would'nt It Be Wonderful?

To just clear our minds of all thoughts and feelings and start with a clean slate!! I have so much empty activiity going on in my head that I can't always concentrate on what I should. I'm trying, not too much luck yet. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them!! : )

Ha..well ..when I had a serious cold last winter, I wanted to take my head & soak it in the tub. All cleaned out. We do get weary..my my. To clear our minds would be bliss, indeed.

Wouldn't it be great to take our heads off at night? Put them on the bedside table like our glasses..Not gonna happen but the relief would feel nice. Recharge..new brain in the morning. :>}

I am already half way there because my head is already half way empty. Now if I could just figure how to trade what is left on some newer model's I woud be good to go.

Thanks to everyone for commenting. I really wish I could harness all the thoughts, plans, ideas, so I could make use of some of them. I can't seem to stay with one long enough to get anything from it.
As for meditation, I can't. My mind runs from my brain and I can't get control long enough to make it help me with anything. Sometimes, I try so hard to chase the thought down so I can go through it, that I either confuse myself or lose interest with the whole damn process! My head is so full it may as well be empty. I wonder just when I started putting so much importance to it, instead of bouncing along completely unaware that I am not accomplishing anything! Was it when I started meds for ADHD? I'm tired of discussing it. It's not going anywhere, that's for sure. I just thank all my ep friends fo listening to me!! {{Hugs}}

Meditation and and be grateful for small things are the 2 essential ways that i have been practising.Everything starts with baby steps.Change is a process.Its my final day of my 2nd month of my daily ritual to a healthy and happy life.I wish you all the best in your journey of change for the better.

Hi Friend! I try to focus on being grateful for the "small things" in life! We see everyday!Busy myself too with helping others! less I think of myself,the better! hugs
selfish is a normal feeling,I do the same!
but can rot out the mind and heart.

I agree with Marji about meditation but I've never had much luck with it myself. I do find it helps to focus on the things in life that make me happiest and not get caught up in obsessing over the crap. I also say the serenity prayer alot.

Thanks ladee : )
