The makings of a movement

Each of us should lead a life stirring enough to start a movement. We should yearn to change the world. We should love unquenchably, dream unfalteringly and work unceasingly.

And we should lead a life stirring enough to cause a movement. Will we see a movement occur? perhaps, and perhaps not.

Movements never run their course in one generation. the great revivalist and reformations that dot the history of humanity were never the work of one person.Every movement is the sum of visionaries who have gone before generations of uncompromised lives and nonnegotiated truths.

A movement comes of age when one life harvests the seeds planted by countless lives in previous generations. A movement occurs when one person, no greater or lesser than those who have gone before.

Let us live lives stirring and forceful enough to cause a movement. Will the movement happen in our generation? I hope so. but even if it doesn't, even if we never see it, it will occur. And we will be part of it.

Sometimes a stirring life only takes one lifetime! Combating opposition makes any task more difficult. Madness can not be controlled nor ignorance deepened. Everyone does not get to win. There is always a loss when more than one seeks to win!

Wow...So that was inspiring....Is this you??? You do possess those leadership qualities....get it started.....So long as neutrality or positive "ripples" are so to be waved....thee outcome shall multiply extensively in a positive or neutral fashion...

Movements, huh? A butterfly in China flaps its wings and a hurricane wipes out New Orleans. Ever heard that? I kinda made it up one night. Anyway, I guess we should really consider how our movements affect things. We really must consider this. Socially, economically, environmentally; every move we make has some sort of consequence; that ripple often goes on forever. If we hurt one person, we hurt millions. Getting too deep for this time of night. Thanks for your story. Hang in there Candy.
