Some Thngs Never Change

I used to love exploring paths in the woods behind our house when I was a kid. I had no idea what or who made the paths in the first place, but going in unknown directions appealed to me. Especially if I had hours to explore. If I fast-forward to today, I find that I am still doing that, but the paths are now thoughts and the outcomes are new discoveries.

I had a little wooded area behind my house in PA as a kid. It seemed like a huge place where I would get lost and my mom told us to stay out of it. When I went back there as an older child I found it was not quite the huge woods that I thought it was. Not really a place the big bad wolf would hang out.

It is so much fun to explore abandoned path and make up little stores about the people that first cut the path and why they did so
