After years of being cheated on by my husband I feel very unattractive and unsexy. I know I look pretty good for my age, but I miss that exciting little flirt feeling I used to have. Self-esteem is at an all time low!

    First thing you need to do (IMHO) is let your original thought just permeate your brain and your being. That being: "I know I look pretty".
