Kindred Spirits are two people that make a special connection by sharing a bond that has joined them by the means of an experience that has drawn them together on a higher level of consciousness. This connection can be from the same experience at the same time or two separate experiences similar in nature.
If two people were in a dramatic situation and had to depend on each other in order to get out of the situation or one having to help rescue the other, they would become bonded as kindred spirits. Oftentimes, a couple will meet that had both come from very bad past situations in a relationship; a bond is then reached because an understanding of what the other had been through where they feel no one else truly understands, through this the have become kindred spirits.

sarahjane123..since you responded to a comment from me, I'm emboldened to respond to you. We choose where we want to live (your nightmares vs dreams comparison). We do that by building walls around ourselves or by removing them, by expanding our life perspective or by limiting it, even the most physically challenged can still choose whether they will see the glass half ful or half empty..as for me, that glass says, "look, there's room for lots more".

None of us has to be alone or lonely, there are so many who want to love and give love, and all we have to do is open ourselves to let them into our lives. A heartbreak isn't a death sentence, it's a motivation for making the heart stronger, more resilient, more adaptive, more enduring, may it be so for you

I can honestly say i have never been in love,i thought i was once,but i think it was an escape root,i thought life could not get any worse,that was when i was 18yrs old many many moons ago.I payed for my mistake,but i don't regret all of it as i have my children ,who have now grown up.
I'm trying to start life a fresh i really am,but depends how many times other people keep knocking you down.I know its my fault because i wear my heart on my sleeve,i try to treat people the way i would like to be treated,sorry enough of myself pity,i like the way you think anyway
