I Really Wanna Gain Weight

 

I have wanted to gain weight for like 2 years or so , but nothing works I have had the same weight since I was 11 years old maybe younger :O and Im 18 now. Im 110 lbs and 5'5. It looks like have anorexia! At least I think so. Its not because I eat little because I eat alot! and I dont know what to do about this any tips?

I am also having the same problem. I am 6 inch and too thin. I need to gain weight. I used to eat bananas and milk a lot and that helped me gain some weight but I left that after some time. Lack of discipline. I want to start again. Moreover I heard that eating lot is not enough you need to exercise a lot. Body will only grow if it needs to. So I am also planning to do push ups. I Will try and tell you the result in one month..

Same here, I can't seem to gain weight. I tried eating a lot and eating more sweets but it doesn't affect me. But I did try doing those protein shakes and gym thing but it doesn't affect me! :/ The worst part is, I'm tall which makes me look like a weed. :/

I really do want to ! the only problem is I just dont know how :S or what the best way and the healthiest way is!

Hi lets talk about this seriously. I can tell you from experience step by step on how to gain weight. If you are really serious and you want to commit to this, please visit my profile. .How much weight are you trying to lose? I love this topic because I used to weigh 100lbs and now I weigh 145 close to 150 and I feel great. I also go to the gym as well to gain muscle, but I feel healthy. What foods are you eating to gain weight, because honestly eating junk is not the answer or drinking. You need protein in your diet which build lean muscle mass. When a person wants to lose weight, they drink soy, lactose milk in their protein shakes. You would need to drink the protein shakes at least 3 times a day. I stayed dedicated and committed and I can tell you it works. Let me know what you think.

Make sure you eat enough before you go to bed. During sleep is typically the longest period of time you will go without food.
