Want to gain weight? Start a diet, any diet. You WILL gain weight! Deprive your self for a few days and see a gain. Scientifically proven that your body goes into panic mode and stores fat. Just make sure you only diet in spurts.

Not to mention muscle weighs more then fat.

Sadly that doesn't work for me. I have to eat every 2-4 hours to keep my weight up and eat a **** ton of salty food.
