Too Easy Too Lose Weight

So for the last few months I've been trying to gain weight. Its impossible! I can drop weight scarily easily. I was 70kg which is quite healthy for a girl who is 160cms and 21. When I broke up with my boyfriend I dropped 10kgs that week alone. Lightest I've been is 55kgs which is very close to the danger zone. I could tell because I got really sick and dizzy with contant headaches and always tired. I never feinted though. I'm almost constantly at 60kgs now. Thats considered safe but I know I need kind of a 'buffer' weight so I don't hit the danger zone.

Recently I've questioned my decision to gain weight. I've been looking for a girlfriend and paranoid I'm not skinny enough for anyone to take an interest in. I have had no interest from girls but plenty from guys. I now plan to exercise most days at least 2 times but preferred 3 times.

I have tried setting up an eating scedule, planning meals and cooking for myself. Its no use and I can barely manage half meal.

Sorry. Try Gorite Diet. You will eat less and gain more. It work faster. Read this book also "use Gorite Diet to gain weight and curves. You ll get more toasters I bet cos I get more now.
