Ugh I hate being skinny!! Everyone thinks I'm anorexic when I'm not and on top of that I get sick all the time... I'm just naturally a thin girl. I think it's probably hereditary because my mom is also very thin.. I really want to gain a bit though, but I want to do it healthily, not like eating junk food and stuff even though you can gain faster that way :T

Skinny is not good. You can gain weight by mixing chocolate milk with heavy cream, and drinking as much as you can every day (of course, eat as much as you can also). This will put weight on you in a hurry, it really works!

Why is skinny not good?

The best way to do it is increase your calories. And it basically translates to eating more, increase the portion of your meals. That doesn't mean eat like a pig, but eat extra then you usually would and it'll eventually develop into a normal eating habit.

Another good thing to do is certain Yoga exercises. It kinda helps you decide where the weight goes in your body, depending on where you want to work on. It shapes the specific part better too.

Also, building muscle is a good way to gain weight too. Most people both increase the calories and build muscle to gain weight. I hope I helped at least a little, good luck.

I hate it too. People tell me that I should be grateful for my size, and that "skinny is a good thing", but to be honest I don't feel great at all. :( I feel so weak actually.. I don't eat a lot because I try to balance my meals. I want to gain weight, but I want to do it in a healthy way. If I eat too much I end up feeling guilty after :(

I know what you mean. It doesn't feel great. I definitely know what you mean about gaining weight in a healthy way! That's what I want. I've cut fast food (except for the very rare time), I don't drink soda almost at all, and I try to eat some vegetables and fruit everyday or at the very least I don't eat entirely junk food all day.

If I may ask, you say if you eat too much then you feel guilty afterwards... I've heard that before from friends who had eat disorders. Do you think you might have one? Sorry if that's too personal.

I just don't like eating. Eating is more of a chore and inconvenience than anything else, but I don't have an eating disorder.

I see. No, I don't have an eating disorder, I just don't want to be unhealthy, because then it can cause loads of other problems like diabetes and cholosterol problems etc.

I think that's an excellent reason! Thankfully you don't have to worry about those problems yet, but it's never too late to get started.

Do you run fast?

I don't run a lot but I guess I could run fast if I tried :T

I suck at running. And I'm weak.
