Maybe I'm thin genetically but I have a very low appetite at all times (almost non-existent) and I don't feel thirst at all (as strange as that must sound). It is torture to eat a lot and I have a very small stomach which just wont stretch
So I have trouble gaining weight (I've always been called a stick, a twig, a giraffe, "the girl who can hide behind the traffic light" etc)
and I sometimes even miss my period because of my weight.
It takes a lot of work to keep myself at the same weight. I prefer a high carb diet, as opposed to a high calorie one (that does nothing for me) and the high carb and high sugar at least keeps me at my normal weight. If I get depressed or just lazy, I will lose weight to 100 lbs within a week.
I want to be 150 lbs at least so it is healthy for my height and structure and if I get a little chubby, even better!
I'm planning on getting a blender and drinking 2 milkshakes a day (or smoothies) as a supplement and see if that does anything. And I will keep in touch.

PS if anyone knows any supplements to raise my appetite and make me gain weight, I will really appreciate it.
