Weight Traning Is For Everyone
Remember ladies, weight training isnt just for the guys. Half of my classes are filled with girls. I get some of the dumbest, but at the same time, honest questions and I dont mind answering them everytime.
Like, "If I bench press will my boobs shirnk or grow." The answer is no. Breast tissue is not muscle tissue. They might perk up a bit from the pectoral muscles. But if you use the bench press, its a compound workout, meaning it works your chest, triceps, and deltoids.
