working out and staying in shape is a life long decision (and not just 60 or 90 days) .. the results are temporary cos as soon as you stop working out .. you lose what you've worked so hard to gain.

sometimes my bodys saying - lets go-  and my mind is like - i feel oh so lazy today.. can we do it tomorrow instead ?


it doesnt matter cos i wasnt born with the shape that i wish i had.
others are there to inspire me but in the end its not worth it.

I can understand that. Some...okay, MOST days I need to force myself to hit the gym. I'll never be Mr Olympia, but I figure some improvement is better than nothing...and hitting the gym does make me feel better too...After I stop. :/
