How Will You Be Working Out?

Im sure its gonna be different for all of us. So what will you do? Gym membership? Run? Do you own exercise equipment? Do you have a kid to get out and run around with?

I tried the gym thing.... didn't really work out for me, i got lazy and didnt go.... i think i'm gonna try to start that workout someone put up in the other group that her bf found for her, and i found this yoga-ish style workout too so i'm thinking if i do that one in the morning as morning stretches then do her workout after work sometime.... i just need to actually stick with it thats my biggest problem.... well that and i feel like i'm growing a new chin and an extra stomach....

sux 4 me im nt 18 byet so i cnt be apart of the group but i did go jog for 30min taday yay me!

ill be going to the gym hitting the tread mill and then changing what i eat .. and doing some swimming (in doors) and then do a little weights

LMAO damn oh yeah aside from my walking/jogging around the hood i have a gym membership(well we both do) at xsport fitness and will go there 2-4 times a week depending on my schedules

well i have a dog so i plan on walking/jogging with her at least every other day since its getting nicer out. plus my job has be running like crazy trying to get kids to smile and sit still while trying to take their picture, so that is quite a workout we all sweat like crazy there : )

Well i play softball and we run alot in that, but its like my body is use to it. cause Im not losin a pound. So i guess I need to add something else to it.

i need to loose at least 5 so i think im gonna start goin runnin right after class if i dont do it then, then i wont do it at all
