Set Backs

I want to have complete mind/body wellness. To do so, I need to stay on goal consistently. I have not been able to do this. I have thought of creating a wellness anonamous group. This is because I have succeeded with a twelve step program for over thirty years now. I discussed this with my wife and a friend today.

When I came home, I figured I would check to see if such an organization already exists. That is how I came to this site.

As of today I have am not in a state of wellness. I would like to be.

I have had varying degrees of success in the future. Usually, something comes up that demands my time and I get out of a wellness routine.

The older I get, the less I want to try.
