Time Moves On

Lost a little weight, just about 13-15 pounds.

So now i'm in between pear shape and hourglass.

But my bottom is definitely noticeable in tight pants, kinda like this ...

But i am still shooting for something like this ...

Till i get there i'll wear baggy things ...

let me know how you feel

There is a womans magazine named Prevention. They have a lot of great female exercises and pilates in every issue. I do them and havent been to a gym in years. This month Jillian Michaels is on the cover, and it's funny because she's has the body I'm trying to make happen for myself. I think she is soooo beautiful.
I try to eat right and do a lot of pilates and calisthenics to try and keep a girlish figure. Most of the exercises I do are mostly geared for women.

actually, drinking a lot of water, especially when you're hungry, is a great way to lose weight. not many people know that sometimes when you feel hungry it's really just your body telling you that you should drink some water.

Eat less when i set to eat. Drinking lots of water (though don't know if that actually helps) and running to the bathroom a lot. Leg lifts, trunk twists, kegel exercises, thigh and calf exercises and walking.
Mostly i guess smaller portions.
