Going On A Decade Of Being Post-SRS!

Just thought I would mention I have had SRS, now going on 10 years, and never regretted it. But then I was living full-time as a woman for the previous 9 years, without any desire to go back to the ole man-self, so there wasn't any doubts as to my identity nor to my desired future goals.

This is not to say I still didn't put in the mental-reflection as the opportunity and time came for me to make that final leap of womanhood ...I did ...but in the end I couldn't find any reason nor desire to return to the old role or molds, in general society nor in any relationship.

This not to imply that all has been good and well since then, not at all, and some times have been very rough due to haters using my trans-status as a weapon against me to cause me as much harm as possible.  But yet I have had no personal regrets for my own womanly transitional choices.

So to me having SRS, and even FFS were the icing on my womanhood cake in life, and allowed me to feel more at ease and to start having some male-female type relationships which I could not feel comfortable having while in a pre-SRS stage (though I admire those that do find space in their heads to have relationships prior to or without SRS).

If anyone has any questions about what SRS/GRS is like please go ahead and ask, and I'll try to share my experiences as best I can, both the good and less-good aspects.

----------------------------------------------------

These are some key responses to informational requests to the above (which I made to someone in the comment sections):

1.  Neo-vagina's (neo means "new" vs "from birth" natal-vagina's) are generally not self-lubricating, though some might experience some sweating that lubes their love-canel some -- depending on the skin method used for the canal (some use skin where the underside is scrapped off including the deeper sweat glands vs full skin simple thickness inversion methods). But a dab of lubricant usually works just fine (I prefer a light water-based one than K-Y thicker petroleum type for comfort and naturalness), and note that even many natal woman use a lubricant of some sort for needed comfort, so isn't a big deal for most post-ops to do the same, even in advance of a possible sexual encounter.

As for having ******* that achievement during either self-play and/or regular sex is pretty much the norm, although most have one ****** at a time (but a nice bigger one as it take longer to build up but once it does ...wow!). Some say it's better than a male's orgams, and for several reason I tend to agree (one that female sex matches one's head-sapce better and secondly the slow-build up and full body stimulation adds to the peak). As for having multiple Os that possibility is not so common but some t-gals do claim they have several in one sexual encounter (my guess from reports in SRS groups is less than 10% do so, and they don't say or any subsequent ones if it takes time to rebuild back up to a peak, unlike with natal woman who tends to cascade their Os) back-to-back.  Much of this is due to the hard-wiring in the brain I think, rather than any physical arrangement or type of stimulation.

My guess is if someone had multiples as a guy they might also be able to have multiple as a woman as the underlying process stays the same in a MtF (based on prostrate function and fluid emission, and some recovery time in-between). The little bit of loss of fluid due to not having ***** as part of that is negligible (just like a guy who had a vasectomy and can have sex just fine). And yes, one does have a white milky emission through the urethral exit with the biggest Os.

Also the residual level of testosterone is a MtF is important for sexual function, just like it is for natal woman, as a fundamental source of their libido, so having a little T in our body post-SRS is a good thing (note the Adrenal Glands makes some but that production goes down rapidly after age 30, so could end up near or at zero-T and depress sexual desire and performance).  Some think boating Adrenal function or taking small amounts of T (at the level natal woman sometimes do for sexual function) is a good thing, including me (I take OTC Pregnenolone, medical grade, from a health supplement store and is extremely safe to take, for general energy and boast of many body hormones).

Now there is some effect of high-E that creates more generalized pleasure sensations over one's body, more similar to natal woman, so some changes do occur with stimulation of the genital. But I think most effect has to do with the more gradual and higher build-up before the big O happens.

A few t-gals claim they haven't or can't have an ******, but I think for some they simply haven't tried enough fun-toys yet to fine-tune their newly arranged equipment (by themselves). I find a double-headed massager and some stimulating thoughts gets the job done for me (start with reading a nice sexual story or thinking of something exciting), and I find having one big O satisfies me just fine! ...although with a past boyfriend he was like the EveryReady bunny ...he just kept going and going! Geshhh! Talk about too much of a good thing! ...had to drop that sex-fiend.

I think for most transsexuals that the sexual-****** function part is viewed as a bonus, rather than a SRS deal-breaker (having the vagina is the major aspect), although being able to be sexual with a boyfriend is a must in most woman-man relationships. And of course the way you feel with a lover goes a long ways towards having an ****** as well, as well as the way he stimulates your feminine parts. But start after SRS learning what stimulates you all by yourself, then add a boyfriend, or girlfriend, later on, and also what stimulates a guy (or GF)!...as pleasing someone else can be a big turn-on as well!

PS Surgeons are trying to find ways to ensure vagina lubrication (like the ***** method but not yet standard practice) and the colon-segment transposition which is a much more risky and less available method, but which does ensure lubrication, but unfortunately it is more dangerous for long-term bowl complications, and makes for a constant flow and often requires wearing maxi-pads to absorb the leaking-out flow.  Plus often the fluid is said to not smell very nice or is quite bad in fact. I would use that more expensive method only in the case of a prolapsed vagina (usually in the case where someone didn't do their dilations over time).

So if you feel you are truly a woman and end up availing yourself of a quality SRS surgeon and proven method, then you are doing pretty well. You would be likely to get the one big ****** and you would be wise to just consider anything more than that to be bonus aspects for those with those propensities already, or just had a lot of luck!

I have been searching to find if I have srs would I get hot and wet like a Natal girl when she gets turned on, I know and understand that us tgirls won't fully be 100% women. But all my natal girlfriends all say one thing be super glad that once u I go full srs. I won't have mother natures monthly gift to deal with so in away that's a plus to being a TGirl I guess lol. I'm right now in my beginning stages of transition in therapy to better prepare for HRT, I have started laser hair removal on many parts on body which by all means is needed but is quickly building up debt. I call it my beauty credit line and every penny will be worth it, my hopes is in 3-4 yrs off HRT and after I pay off my laser treatments. To have FFS then by year 5-6 full srs. I know u can't put a time on things but this is my financial budget plain to becoming beautiful and beauty as us girls know it isn't cheap.

thank you soooo much for sharing chrissy.... your experiences mean a lot to me

You're so welcome girl. Wishing you the best gender choices and outcomes!

<p>I have always wondered if I was to have SRS, would I be able to get wet and have *******?</P>
