..could lift my spirits. I have never really considered myself beautiful, internally or externally. I guess I've just been very harsh on myself, magnifying all my flaws and beating myself up over them. My father made me feel ugly and useless; I guess that has stuck with me... But, hearing those words from someone who genuinely means it would bless me a lot.

I had to learn to be my self not something that people wanted me to be. I started by going to a shrink and studying thinks that help me vision who I was and what I was. From just asking and putting it out to the universe you have taken the first step. I believe that you are the most beautiful person out there your soul is glowing and you do not hate anybody and you are in harmony. Love they self and others will. |
