I Want To Help Abused Children

Spread The Word Out To Save The Children

I spoken to allot of children going threw various hard situations. This one person I have no idea what advice to give. I know here in Canada we have the Kids Helpline and I know Australia haves the same service.

I found out the Australia Kids Helpline website http://www.kidshelp.com.au/ does have a link to similar services for other countries that can be found on this page http://www.kidshelp.com.au/grownups/getting-help/who-else-can-help/helpful-links/help-lines.php . This page have links for Ireland, India, UK, Canada, and New Zealand.

I would ask people share these links to as many children as possible in need. I would also like people to add links for other services in other countries to help expand the list. I hope we can work together and save as many children as possible.

    thanks willyg, that's a useful link. *bookmarked* be careful you don't take on too much here at ep, though, there is a seemingly endless number of kids here wanting someone to talk to and it is very easy to get overwhelmed, and then it can be veryy difficult to find someone to talk to about that without getting some disapproving/suspicious comments. I know there are some people starting to use ep to offer fake help, just looking for the vulnerable kids so I know that such disapproval/suspicions aren't totally unfounded. I think if more of the adults on the site would talk to the kids then there'd be les of a problem with that since the kids would always have someone to turn to if their "friend" turned out to be something else or if they had any worries about them. Also would make it easier for those who are willing to help to not get so overwhelmed. .. anyway, sorry for the long comment. Thanks again for the link. :)
