I Don't Know If This Will Work But It Is Worth A Try!! :)

One of my adult friends gave me these tips and I tried them and it works somewhat!! I am going to try using these again!!

1. Drink a glass of water before every meal
2. Take smaller bites and use a fork and knife when possible
3. Eat more fruits and veggies
4. When eating greasy foods take a napkin and dab off the extra grease.
5. When you eat a hamburger...only eat half of the bun. That means just one of the buns nothing else!!
6. Exercise.

It is worth a try!! :)
