Helping Others Be Healthy And Happy

I have fallen in love with my own life and health after losing my mother to cancer years ago. I am dedicating my life to helping others be as healthy and happy as possible. The skills I have to offer are compassion, support, personal training experience and nutrition consulting. Please let me know if you would like any of this from me for FREE of course ;)

Oh ya gimpping aroung and grunting for days is fun. Oddly it feels good too.

Funny. Last spring I was killing it in the gym. My bench was 300lbs and squat was 500+lbs. I ran 5 to 10 miles every week before leg day. I weighed 249lbs. Then one bad meal and I was deathly ill for two months. I lost 35lbs of beef cake. Started making gains again and lost two emoloyees and got burried at work. Tomorrow I'm going back. Just got home with suppliments and gym clothes. I hate starting over but thats life.

Well...I commend you for getting back into it. As cliche as it may sound...there is a lot of truth to the old saying "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Running before leg day? Now that is impressive! LOL! I had a killer leg workout this morning and totally destroyed my quads. I bet tomorrow will be fun.
