Whoever Is Asleep At The Switch Wake The **** Up

First the GD ads interfere with page loads and cause the the scroll feature that allows you you to move up and down on a single page to be slow and glitch-y if it works at all

not to mention interfering with the ability to type a comment or read story text in order to make you comments make sense

now some unknown page error is doing the same thing along with removing your ability to copy story or comment text for the purpose of giving a line by line rebuttal

Someone wanna fix this or do you just want me to leave and take as many of my friends as i possibly can with me ???

maybe you should read this

EP Link

and what did i tell you about getting the heck off my page???

well the thing is THIS IS THE ONLY THING THEY RESPOND TO !!!!

as i said in one of my comments i sent them a message via the support e-mail about not getting e-mail notifications and i got NOTHING but an automated responce

and even AFTER putting it in a story at least a month later I"M STILL HAVING THAT PROBLEM

not to mention I SHOULDN"T HAVE TO TELL THEM WHAT"S BROKEN TO BEGIN WITH !!!!

Thanks EP for fixing the problem so swiftly. The problems were fixed within 24 hours and there have been no further recurrences.

Tulick, anyone can comment on anything on EP - that is what it is here for. And please, try to understand that common decency and politeness are much more effective - and nicer to deal with - than "messages" like your's. Would YOU respond favourably to a message that starts with your own story heading? Somehow I doubt it . . . .

Thanks for the bug report, we've hopefully fixed the issue with the scroll bars not working. Drop an email to support@experienceproject.com if you continue to see issues!

yeah sure

like when i e-mailed you guys eons ago about not getting e-mail notifications and got nothing more than the automated response

and i STILL have to go into my accout setting ever 2-3 days and tell it yes i want to reciecve e-mail notificatiions

as i told her THIS WORKS FASTER!

Our engineers are working to correct this bug. It should be working properly in no time.

As enna30 pointed out, bug reports should be emailed to support@experienceproject.com.

Because of enna30 and other members who reported this bug via email we were able to track this bug which we will have corrected shortly.

and may i suggest you get the heck off my story

i NEVER get anything but an automated message when i try to contact support

THIS IS FASTER !!! and they actually see it as oppose to the mass mess in their in box

Tulick, I am having the same problems with EP. May I suggest you contact them using "Contacts" and send them an email under the heading "Customer Support"? I have done this in the past and found the IT staff very helpful and cooperative.
You may be able to navigate the site using the arrows - this works for me. It is time consuming and not as easy as the mouse, but it does allow you access to the page. No answer for the cut / copy issues though - sorry!
