Thanks For The Support Guys

Over the last few months I have sent you all a fair few PM's, some asking for help with abusive members, some technical stuff...Ya know, the usual stuff a person would PM support over. 

Not only have I not received but one reply, but not a single PM has even been opened. 

Is this because I am no longer a supporter? I always got prompt responses when I had my little gold star...

We regulatory review PMs sent to support, I'm sorry to hear that your concern/question was not addressed. When reporting another member's behavior it's best to flag the content which will often receive the fastest response. You are also welcome to message me directly (EP Arsineh)
