I Have Been Unable To Login To My Original Account Since Yesterday

What the heck is going on?? Does anyone know??? I need help!!!

You are right, we receive help and support requests from many different avenues, including messages sent to EP Support and EPAmanda, stories posted in this group, as well as through our email. We do our best to answer in less than 24 hours, however some support requests can take much longer.<br />

@EPAmanda: Is EPSupport really responding within 24 hours now? Does that include support requests sent to the EPSupport Inbox? (Many users are unable &/ unwilling to use the support email address.) Does it include flags? Because for about the last seven months the typical response time has ranged anywhere from two weeks to NEVER. And "drama" flags were getting completely disregarded.

Hi Amanda. I got your email, and sent my original screen name to you, but I had also gotten another email from another ep support person, saying that my request for my account to be deleted was recieved, and goodbye. I am in shock! I NEVER deleted my whole account!!!!!!!

That sounds like something else is happening. Can you still view your original profile page or has it been deleted? I see lower-case in your message so apparently you're not having trouble with CAPS LOCK being on. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or from a different computer?<br />

You can try this: In Firefox 5, start by visiting the URL:<br />
<i><a href="http://www.experienceproject.com/logout.php" target="ep_blank">EP Link</a></i><br />
to make sure you are logged out of EP.<br />

Then in the menu select Tools ==> Options ==> Privacy and click on the "Show Cookies..." button. Type "experienceproject.com" into the search box and then use the "Remove Cookie" button to delete some or all of those cookies.<br />

When you have a clean environment (as far as EP is concerned), try logging into your account on EP again. All of the cookies you need on EP will be created fresh when you successfully log in.

If you are seeing a message saying your account is "temporarily unavailable" it means that trolls have flagged your posts or profile so many times that EP's automated punishment system has suspended your account. Join the club, it has happened to my account twice now. There's nothing you can do, EPSupport won't help you or even tell you what's going on. After three to five days it should start working again.

actually, all of a sudden, when I try to login, EP says they don't recognize my screen name, password, or email address!! I have no idea why or what to do!

When I visit the "about" profile page for "blackrose312" I get the message "Sorry, this member no longer belongs to Experience Project.".
