Why did the drop-down menus at the top of the page that were so useful get taken away today?

We often try to fix things before they break because we want to improve the site, add the features that our members request, and make this an even better place for connecting with people and the stories/topics that matter to you.

We don't like change for the sake of change and will not be making updates without purpose. We recognize that EP is home to many and will not disrupt our members unless the change is a significant improvement that will help members connect, share, and browse the site.

With millions of members on EP, we can't always make changes that please each member and must instead make changes that are good for the community overall.

Please give the new header a try and if you still have trouble, please share with me what specifically you're having trouble finding so we can work with our developers to correct the issue.
