A Text Anomaly

I have just posted a story, 3 times now, because there is a typing problem. As I prepare the story, everything is fine. But, when you post it there will be a Capital A with a triangle above it every now and then. i went to edit it,but there is no such problem. So I deleted the story and tried again. but the same thing happened..I tried again . so, is anyone else having this situation? I am posting this story to see if this post also has a problem.

The original problem was a story I was posting in the paranormal section...hmmmm...so ya never know.

What I now do to post a stor is to change the text setting from advanced to basic. then compose the story on word, and then copy and paste the story from word to where i want it posted on EP.. that is the only way it will be less problematic..the nly remaining corrections will be for contractions and qotation marks.

  that is because i fixed it...it is not easy. but a lot of people's posts have this..i don't know why. but it has to do with the setting and making corrections..if you just type your post and don't edit as you type your OK..but if you edit, like for example..you have to arge of a space between aword, and you now want to close the space..this Capital A will appear..

  but see what happens when you go to edit the post..the problem won't appear..it shows up only on the finished product...so to correct, you have to keep going back and forth post /edit/post /edit. to fix any that are there. it is a nuisance

  ...not intentionally..that is another thing it does here when i comment..it sometimes, but not always..will drop that first letter..and you can't go back and correct when you post as a direct reply . the only option is to copy...delete...paste...correct..post

I used my lap top to read the story..and interstingly..the text problem is gone, so it definitely has to do with the other computer that I own. that my other computer has this problem only at EP, I don't understand. But it is what it is.

Sorry for the frustration. You can always edit a story you post by selecting 'edit' below the story post itself. Please let me know if you have trouble finding this option.

Also are you seeing the typo on this story post or another? If you would please send me a link to the story, I'm happy to correct the error for you.

  i did do that..the problem is..when you go to edit....there are no errors..they only appear on the submitted version..so there is nothing to correct..that was why i tried simply deleting and re-posting..but had the same problem.
