Group Logos- if we aren't supposed to add logos to groups, even ones that are not our own, then why give us that option

I recently was contacted by EP and told that several of the group logos I added to groups that did not have them were deleted because they were against the terms of service. I beg to differ. I like to add clip art to groups that don't have a logo. I never add anything that is against the terms of service such as nudity or explicit material. I have since found out that the groups logo in question were removed merely because the creator had their nose out of joint because someone had added logos to her groups. I did not know I was upsetting anyone nor did I want to! I merely did what many members here do, add logos to groups that don't have one. If this member didn't want anyone to add logos to her groups, then how am I or anyone supposed to know that? I certainly did not want to cause anyone any harm. I have no problem with the fact that they were removed but please don't send me a notice that I broke the rules. As one who has repeatedly reported nudity in the public areas of EP, I feel slighted and unnerved that a member can be so sensitive to a simple logo added to a group that has none and resorts to contacting EP. Perhaps you should tell people here that if they do not provide a logo to groups they create then anyone else can. This might prevent further problems with members that are possessive of their groups. As it is I recieved a rather nasty message from this member as well. I thought EP was a public place.
What I find even more insulting about this is the fact that, with all the truly disgusting group logos of genitals and ****, that a member would waste your time with something as trivial as an overblown ego. When members go around flagging things that are not illegal and are not against the terms of service it wastes time and makes a mockery of the whole flagging process. Flagging is supposed to keep EP safe for people. It's a way for members to help keep EP clean from **** posted in public areas and groups that are illegal. It also is a tool used to keep trolls in line. But I was not a troll and the flagging was not necessary. In this case I believe EP should have just told this member to remove any logos she didn't like and put her own up instead of targeting me in such a nasty manner. Let's have some common sense here and maturity. I have also written EP about this issue and not recieved a reply. As someone who has been an EP supporter for years and a member since 2008, I feel slighted. My current profile is new but I have been here for years.
