I Want to Improve the Experience Project

No Green Light To Show Being On Line.

a friend asked me to write concerning a problem she is experiencing.She uses a smart phone to log on. As of this morning, there no green light on her page to indicate she us online. i wonder if other members here are experiencing the same thing?

    Thanks for taking the time to post and share this concern. Do you know where (which page/and which section) the green light originally appeared for your friend?

      on the profile page, the home page. all the other locations where we normally have a green ljght when we are on line. the friend in question is ...elaphants....
