Can I Have My Money Back Please?

I deleted an account before Christmas, yet I got a thing from paypal saying I'm still paying for it. This is the second time this has happened....

I cancelled the payment with my bank when I deleted the account, after the this happened before, but you guys still tried to take my money for an account that no longer exists...  I was told that I would be refunded from the first time, but never heard anything back and now it's happened again...

Sorry for the frustration--All payments and subscriptions are handled through Paypal so to cancel you'll want to contact them directly.<br />

We're happy to issue you a refund but please visit Paypal directly to cancel any existing subscriptions to avoid future payments.<br />

Please email Support@experienceproject.com with the EP usernames on the old accounts that you would like to have credited.
