I would like to have a response, of some sorts to pm's and emails sent to support@experienceproject.com. It seems that my last few weren't even read. Is this because it's from me or you don't think the content is worth the while.

In those Pm's/emails there were paedophile members that I had flagged that were still around, as well other members who had posted hate groups against other members.

I know you're a small team and all the rest of it, but what's the point.

You've taken my money for the last however many months for an account that no longer exists. My stories taken down when on three occasions I told you to keep them up. So you can at least humour me for a while longer until that amount runs out.

That's crap because you stopped responding to those to.

We want to be sure to remove and address inappropriate content on EP. We are able to remove inappropriate content each day because members flag them.<br />

We are also happy to refund you for the payment you made. Did you have a chance to visit paypal to request a refund, as we dicussed a couple weeks ago? Once this is done your account will be refunded.
