It Does Happen

The following case has been going on in the UK for a while now. It's just one of many. In fact, I could tell you of another such case where a girl was raped and tortured by 'men' she had met on a social networking site. She was only 16. Yes, she maybe have been over the age of consent over here, but she's still a child in the eys of the law. Do you understand why even an email verification might need to be put in place, or something to make this place safer for the many minors that are on this site. Im not even going to go into how many I know who have posed as minors just to groom them. All of who were flagged but still remain.

"Ex offender Peter Chapman has admitted kidnapping, raping and murdering a teenager he ensnared using an internet social networking site.

Chapman, 33, of no fixed address, dramatically changed his plea as he was due to face trial at Teesside Crown Court for the killing of Ashleigh Hall.

The body of the 17-year-old childcare student was found dumped in a farmer's field near Sedgefield, County Durham, in October last year.

Miss Hall, from Darlington, was strangled and left near a known lovers' lane.

Chapman also pleaded guilty to failing to notify police of a change of address, as required by the sex offenders register.

Ashleigh's mother Andrea Hall sat with her hands clasped and arms linked with two friends in the public gallery as the hearing began.

When Chapman, who was unshaven and wearing a pale grey top, entered the dock, Ms Hall began to weep and was embraced by her friends.

Chapman was flanked by three security guards and a dock officer as the charges were put to him. He stared at the floor and pinched the bridge of his nose as he entered his guilty pleas in a barely audible voice.

Ashleigh's mother grimaced and twisted round in her chair to stare at Chapman. The defendant did not meet her gaze and stared straight ahead at Judge Peter Fox QC, Recorder of Middlesbrough.

It emerged after his guilty pleas that Chapman - who was brought up by his grandparents in Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside, has a long history of sexual offending."

I had no idea either, nearly passed out reading it.. but yes, it does highlight what can happen.

It's not an open choice to be with other humans phisically But everyone knows it's a fact to exsistance so all that we need to know is already apparent so when we make a society forget then sex will move on
