What Would You Recommend?I am 21 now and only 117 lbs and I have a high metabolism. It's a curse I say.
I want to be at least 250 lbs so any advice would be nice.
I want to gain the weight in fat not muscle.
I don't work out, and I don't get a lot of exercise. I watch tv and play games most of my day. I don't eat the best of foods for me or drink water. I have done this for years and nothing.
I would like to use some kind of weight gain shake mix to help out but I don't know what kind to get. something that helps a shake have 4000 or more cals in it, to help with the fat production.
