Your Social Anxiety Level: 64%

You have high social anxiety.

You have a pretty serious social phobia, and it effects your life more than you may realize.

It's possible that you've made yourself comfortable by avoiding situations you dread.

But don't be fooled - you still probably need professional help.%

I have social anxiety too. Most people would never guess, but the stress I go through over things other people probably can't even remember is taxing on my happiness. It's hard sometimes to express myself genuinely, what I feel and want to say doesn't come out the way I want it to and I seem flat and awkward when inside I'm a warm and caring, fun chic, I just don't know how to get past that barrier of awkwardness sometimes.

If people only knew how long I sit in the car and try to mentally 'pep talk' myself just to go in and buy one item or have one single conversation... but when I get there im all smiles and bubbly.. people dont get the struggle it takes just to muster up a smile when I'm out and about. . But I still get out there and just fake it till I make it.

I appreciate what you go through, makes us strong even though we sometimes feel we aren't. Gives us a deeper perspective of what it means to be different and in turn I think most people with depression or anxiety have more empathy for others, especially others with their own struggles
